Baklava Kotti

Baklava is a rich, sweet pastry made of thin layers of filo dough, filled with finely chopped nuts (usually pistachios or walnuts) and soaked in a fragrant syrup made from sugar, honey, and lemon. One of Kreuzbergs staple treats.
